Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange for you to change your mind unless your purchase meets the requirements of our refund guarantee policy as stipulated below. Refund Guarantee:

We provide a refund guarantee for all first time buyers of our products. If you are not satisfied with our supplement series after 90 days, you can request a refund.

The refund guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met:

You are a consumer as defined in the Consumer Protection Act of 1993;

This is the first time you or your family have purchased K2LT'S dietary supplements from our website;

You have taken the K2LT'S dietary supplement purchased from our website continuously for 3 months according to the instructions on the label, until the container is empty;

Your refund request (up to 3 months of supply) was submitted within 4 months from the date of your order placement; and

You have provided relevant information and followed the courier and refund application process as described below.

To apply for a refund:

You must return the empty container (3 months supply) to K2 Club through a signed courier service. LLC cannot refund items that have not been returned to us or have been lost in the email.

You must send an email to [email protected] Provide your full name, address, and order number.

Once your container is delivered to us, we will refund the full price of the product minus shipping costs to the account you used for the purchase. Please allow 30 working days to receive the refund.

For the avoidance of doubt, our refund guarantee:

Not applicable for subsequent purchases.

Each household and product is limited to one guarantee.
